HELP’s Scrabble Team.

yesterday (28th July) HIGS held a quickie scrabble team qualifiers. posters went up on Wednesday and about 15 people were present. we only needed about 10 people in the end so response could well have been said ok; so much for the old HIGS’ idea of a playtest group. they never got that going…

i hereby declare the team of 10 have been chosen and will head for the Taylors Inter-college Tournament next weekend. there will be 2 hour training sessions everyday from Monday-Friday at Wisma HELP for this coming week. good luck to all who’ve made the team and to the rest? don’t give up, play the game for the beauty of it, not to win (admitedly the author was one of those who dropped out of the qualification rounds)…

Hi, i’m Gray, and i’ll be handling HIGS’ precious websites from here. as with my tribal attitude with webdesign, i’ve taken the liberty to merge them all under a single umbrella, more specifically the WordPress umbrella. this one’s web standards compliant so anyone can access it from virtually any platform (nvm if u didn’t understand that) but rest assured it was a good move. all the archives are intact and spam comments removed.

i’m currently in the process of aqcuiring HIGS’ old yahoo eMail as well. once that is done we could setup a flickr account! XD so pix of our activities may be recorded!
