Format: Standard Constructed, (eventide legal)

Number of Rounds: depending on the number of players
8 players - 3 rounds
9-16 players - 4 rounds
17 -32 players - 5 rounds
Fees: RM 20

Prize Structure: Top 4 finishers get 5-4-3-3 Boosters
The rest of Top half finishers 2 boosters each
Bottom Half - 1 booster each
eg. 16 players playing, 1st-4th place gets 5-4-3-3 boosters respectively; 5th-8th place get 2
boosters each; 9th-16th place get 1 booster each.
8 players playing: 5-4-3-3-1-1-1-1

Activities for October 2007

Very briefly here, just because.

October 19 2007: Friday

DSA Wisma HELP.

12.00 pm onwards.

HELP Lightspeed Chess Challenge.

RM 3 to enter.

Blitz chess - 5 minutes a player, and depending on players, either round robin or swiss rounds.

Register before October 17 : Wednesday.

Massive Updateration

All the following are actually stuff that’s already happened. A load of HELP Closed Whatnots that I haven’t gotten around to posting about yet. So here they are, in glorious technicolor, posted (almost) by date.

 

 

 

Starting with the HELP Closed Chess Tournament which was held on… the 10^th of Febuary 2007.

Here’s the final standings after 6 rounds:

3^rd Place: Eric Lee

2^nd Place: Edmund Cheong

1^st Place: Dwayne.

 

And pictures… What pictures? There were pictures, I assure you. Really.

 

 

 

Next up, the HELP Closed Xiang Qi Tournament, held on the 3^rd of February 2007. (Yes it came before chess but I can’t bother moving it up)

This was followed by Magic: The Workshop 2, and then the HELP Closed Magic Tournament on 13 July 2007 (which I have little proof for but really happened, take my word for it).
